NOKONA POWELL
EXECUTIVE CLINIC DIRECTOR
Nokona Powell is a dedicated coach, educator, and community leader who currently serves as the Middle School History Teacher and Varsity Head Football Coach and Program Head at Divine Savior Academy. In this role, he is devoted to building a strong football culture that emphasizes character, discipline, and leadership while fostering growth in both academics and athletics.
Before joining Divine Savior Academy, Nokona served at Allen Academy in Bryan, Texas, as the Special Teams Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, he worked as the Administrative Coordinator and Academic Registrar, where he played an important role in supporting student success and school operations.
Nokona is the Founder and Executive Clinic Director of The “Six” Coaches Clinic, a premier platform dedicated to supporting and advancing six-man football across Texas. He leads all aspects of the clinic’s operations, including speaker coordination, sponsorships, marketing, and event planning. His leadership has helped create a professional environment where coaches can collaborate, learn, and grow together.
A proud graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, Nokona is continuing his academic journey by pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Administration with a concentration in Higher Educational Learning. His passion for mentorship, education, and leadership continues to inspire those around him and make a lasting impact on both students and coaches across the state.

JUSTIN SAENZ
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Justin Saenz serves as the All School Substitute Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator at Divine Savior Academy, where he is committed to developing and mentoring student-athletes both on and off the field. His leadership and dedication to excellence play a key role in the continued growth and success of the academy’s football program.
Before joining Divine Savior Academy, Justin coached at Allen Academy in Bryan, Texas, where he worked with the wide receivers and defensive line while also serving as the Facilities Assistant. He began his coaching journey at Westbury Christian School, gaining valuable experience and a deep appreciation for teaching the game at a high level.
In addition to his work in education and athletics, Justin is the Co-Founder and Assistant Clinic Director of The “Six” Coaches Clinic. In this role, he helps lead the organization’s efforts to support and grow the six-man football community. He manages registration, hotel accommodations, event experiences, and community outreach, creating opportunities for coaches to learn, connect, and share their passion for the game.
Justin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Tarleton State University. ADRIAN ADAMS
DIRECTOR OF COACH & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Adrian Adams currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director, Co-Head Varsity Football Coach, and Co-Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Rosehill Christian School, where he plays a vital role in shaping the culture and success of the school’s athletic programs. His leadership emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and personal growth, helping student-athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Before joining Rosehill Christian School, Adrian served as the Athletic Director, Head Football Coach, and Head Baseball Coach at Allen Academy in Bryan, Texas. During his tenure, he led both programs to consistent playoff appearances, including a 2020 TAPPS Six-Man State Championship appearance. His coaching excellence earned him recognition as the Brazos Valley Football Coach of the Year in both 2018 and 2020.
Prior to Allen Academy, Adrian spent nine years at The Emery/Weiner School in Houston, where he played a key role in developing championship-caliber programs as the Assistant Athletic Director, Head Varsity Six-Man Football Coach, and Head Varsity Baseball Coach. Under his leadership, his teams captured multiple state titles, including the 2017 TAPPS Division II Baseball Championship and the 2015 Division I Six-Man Football Championship. He was also honored as the 2016 Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Private School Coach of the Year and the 2017 Houston 5A Baseball Private School Coach of the Year.
In addition to his coaching and administrative responsibilities, Adrian serves as a Clinic Consultant for The “Six” Coaches Clinic, where he contributes his expertise in event planning, speaker coordination, and program development. His experience and insight continue to help elevate the clinic’s mission of advancing the six-man football community across Texas.

TAKODA POWELL
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Takoda Powell is an IT Professional at Texas A&M University, where he utilizes his expertise in engineering, systems management, and cybersecurity to oversee IT infrastructure and support multiple departments within the College of Engineering. His work focuses on maintaining reliable systems, implementing innovative technology solutions, and ensuring that academic and research operations run efficiently and securely.
A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Takoda holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Systems Engineering Technology with a Minor in Cybersecurity. His strong technical foundation and leadership skills have positioned him as a key contributor to high-impact university projects, including his role as Lead Project Manager for the Jack E. Brown Building Modernization Project, where he coordinated diverse teams, managed timelines, and ensured that project goals aligned with the university’s broader mission.
In addition to his role in higher education, Takoda serves as the Director of Information Technology and Media for The “Six” Coaches Clinic, where he manages all digital operations, technology needs, and online registration. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence have played a major role in shaping the clinic’s professional image and enhancing the experience for coaches and attendees.
Takoda’s combination of technical expertise, leadership, and dedication continues to make a lasting impact at Texas A&M University and within the six-man football community. His passion for innovation and service reflects his ongoing commitment to both education and athletics.

DOMINIC TAMEZ
DIRECTOR OF HOTELS & HOSPITALITY
Dominic Tamez serves as the Director of Hotels and Hospitality for the Private School Coaches Clinic, where he is responsible for overseeing lodging coordination, attendee accommodations, and overall hospitality experiences for guests and speakers. His attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for service ensure that every aspect of the clinic’s hospitality runs seamlessly from check-in to departure.
Dominic is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership, one of the nation’s premier programs for hospitality management. Through his studies, he has developed a strong foundation in event coordination, guest relations, and leadership, skills that directly translate into his work with the clinic.
A graduate of Pearland High School and San Jacinto College, Dominic has built a reputation for professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every environment he serves. His ability to create welcoming, organized, and guest-focused experiences reflects his dedication to the core values of hospitality leadership.
In his role with the Private School Coaches Clinic, Dominic continues to elevate the attendee experience by combining hospitality expertise with genuine care for people. His commitment to service, detail, and teamwork ensures that every participant feels valued, comfortable, and connected throughout the clinic experience.

JONATHAN NGUEYN
Director of Photography & Attendee Experience
Jonathan Nguyen is a creative media professional, photographer, and communicator who currently serves as the Media Director for the Vietnamese Student Association at Texas A&M University. In this role, he leads the organization’s visual direction, overseeing photography, videography, and digital strategy to enhance the association’s presence both on campus and online. He manages social media engagement, develops creative content, and collaborates with a team of students to tell stories that strengthen community and connection.
In addition to his leadership at Texas A&M, Jonathan is the Founder of createdbyjwin, a photography brand he built from the ground up that specializes in sports, portrait, and event photography. Through this venture, he has worked with schools, athletic programs, and media outlets to deliver professional-quality imagery that captures both emotion and energy. His work reflects a deep understanding of storytelling through visuals and a commitment to excellence in every project.
Jonathan also serves as a Sports Photographer for Allen Academy and a Contributing Photographer for Dave Campbell’s Texas Football, where he documents a wide range of athletic events across Texas, including football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, golf, and track and field. His photography has helped showcase student-athletes and programs in authentic and compelling ways.
A proud Bryan–College Station native, Jonathan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication at Texas A&M University. His background in media, marketing, and photography, combined with his leadership experience and creative drive, continues to make a meaningful impact on the organizations and communities he serves.

TAMIKA NEWMAN
DIRECTOR OF VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMMING
Tamika Newman is an accomplished coach, educator, and mentor who currently serves as the Athletic Coordinator at Autumn Ridge Middle School, where she leads with purpose and passion to build programs that emphasize excellence, integrity, and personal growth. In her role, she oversees athletic operations, coordinates coaching development, and fosters a positive environment where student-athletes can thrive both in competition and in character.
Before joining Autumn Ridge, Tamika served as the Athletic Director and Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Northland Christian School in Houston, Texas. During her tenure, she guided the volleyball program to multiple successful seasons while developing a culture centered on discipline, teamwork, and accountability. Her leadership extended beyond the court as she mentored coaches across several sports, helping shape the overall vision for the school’s athletic department.
Over the course of her 14-year career, Tamika has coached volleyball at multiple levels, earning recognition as an award-winning coach and respected leader in the Texas private school athletics community. She is also the owner of Grit and Grind Athletics, a platform dedicated to empowering athletes and coaches through performance training, leadership development, and mental skills education. As a certified mental skills coach and speed and agility specialist, she works to develop the complete athlete—mind, body, and spirit.
A former two-sport Division I athlete, Tamika is a proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where she made her mark as a standout competitor and was inducted into the Prairie View A&M Hall of Fame in 2017. She is also a best-selling author whose work inspires others to pursue excellence through resilience, faith, and determination.
Tamika’s mission is to help student-athletes and coaches unlock their full potential by combining athletic performance with character-driven leadership. Her influence continues to reach far beyond the gym, shaping programs, empowering young leaders, and leaving a lasting impact on every team and community she serves.

DIRECTOR OF SIX-MAN FOOTBALL PROGRAMMING

CORREY WASHINGTON
CLINIC CONSULTANT (COLLEGE)
Prior to joining the McMurry University Football staff for the 2025 season, Coach Correy Washington built an impressive legacy at Brazos Christian School, leading the program to a 12–1 record in 2024 while capturing District, Area, and Regional Championships and finishing as the TAPPS Division IV State Runner-Up. His offense averaged 36.7 points per game and his defense allowed just 157 points all season, earning him recognition as the 2024 TAPPS Division IV Padilla Poll Coach of the Year, 2024 TXPS TAPPS Division IV Coach of the Year, and consecutive District Coach of the Year honors in 2022 and 2023.
Before Brazos Christian, Washington guided Brentwood Christian through its transition from six-man to eleven-man football, achieving a 9–3 record and an Area Championship in just the program’s second season. Across six seasons, his teams compiled a 40–23 record, anchored by one of TAPPS’ top defenses. A 2023 Dave Campbell’s Texas Football “40 Under 40” honoree and 2021 TAPPS Division II Men’s Track State Champion.
